Questions churches ask us
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Churches with up to 50 members can use every feature free — no card needed — with a monthly SMS allowance included. Upgrade only when you grow.
Can our members give in our currency?
Yes. You connect your own Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe or PayPal account, so members give in the currencies your provider supports — naira, cedi, shilling, rand, pound, euro, dollar and more — and the money goes straight to your church.
We have branches in different cities and countries. Will it work for us?
Yes. You can model headquarters, regions, zones and parishes, limit each branch admin to their own branch, give branches their own currency and timezone, and see consolidated reports at HQ.
How do SMS units work?
One unit is one text-message page (160 characters, or 70 with emoji or special characters). Every plan includes monthly units, and you can top up at any time. WhatsApp, email and app notifications do not use SMS units.
Can we move our existing data in?
Yes. Import members from Excel, Google Sheets or any system that exports CSV. Our team can help on a demo call.
Do we need a developer for the app or website?
No. Your member app and website are ready as soon as you sign up. Choose a theme, add your logo and colours, replace the template text and publish.
