Record cash offerings and send giving statements

Keep online and offline giving together, by fund and branch, and give members a statement of their gifts.

Funds

Every church starts with common funds such as Tithe, Offering, Thanksgiving and Building Project. Add, rename or hide funds to match how your church gives.

Recording cash and transfers

Record gifts counted after a service in a batch: choose the date, service and fund, then enter each gift (with the member where known, or as anonymous). Online gifts are recorded automatically, so reports always show the full picture.

Branches and currencies

Gifts belong to a branch, and each branch can use its own currency. Reports can be viewed for one branch or the whole church.

Statements

Members can receive a statement of their giving for a period — useful at the end of the year and, in the UK, for Gift Aid records. Gifts can be marked as Gift Aid eligible where the donor has made a declaration.

Corrections

If a gift was entered wrongly, void it rather than deleting it. The history stays in the activity log so your records remain trustworthy.
