About SMS units
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of SMS units. One unit is one text-message page — up to 160 characters, or 70 if the message contains emoji or special characters. Need more? Top up from Billing at any time; the price per unit for your country is shown before you pay. WhatsApp, email and app notifications do not use SMS units.
Pricing questions
Which features are in each plan?
All of them. Every plan — including Free — includes every ChurchBright feature. Plans differ only by the size limits in the table: people, branches, team accounts, SMS units, AI credits and storage.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for ten months and get twelve. The yearly price is ten times the monthly price, charged once a year.
What counts as a “person”?
Anyone in your People database — members, visitors, first-timers and children. People you delete do not count.
What happens if we go over a limit?
Nothing breaks and no data is lost. You will be asked to upgrade before adding more people, and you can top up SMS units at any time.
Can we change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you need from Billing inside the app.
Do you offer discounts for denominations or mission churches?
Talk to us. Enterprise pricing is tailored to networks with many branches, and we are happy to discuss support for church plants and mission work.
