Create an event with registration, tickets and check-in

Create the event

Open Events from the sidebar and click New event. Add the title, date and time, venue (or online link), a description and a cover image. Events can repeat — weekly, monthly or on chosen days.

Registration and tickets

Turn on registration and add one or more ticket types — free or paid, with limits on numbers if you need them. Paid tickets use the payment provider you connected under Settings → Online payments.

Share it

Every public event has its own page on your church website, and upcoming events can be shown on your home page using the Upcoming events block in the website builder.

Check-in

Each registration comes with a QR code. On the day, scan codes with a phone or tablet to check people in quickly, or search by name at the desk.

Reminders

Registered guests can receive reminders by email or SMS before the event, and you can message everyone who registered.
