Keep your account secure with two-factor sign-in

Protect your church’s data with an authenticator app, strong passwords and the right access for each person.

Turn on two-factor sign-in

  1. Go to Settings → My account.
  2. Choose Two-factor sign-in and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password).
  3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.

From then on, signing in needs your password and a code from your phone. We strongly recommend this for owners, administrators and finance officers.

Good habits

  • Use a unique password you do not use anywhere else.
  • Give each person their own login — never share one account.
  • Give people the smallest role they need, and remove access when they step down.
  • Review the Activity log under Settings from time to time.

Your data is yours

Owners can download all church data as CSV files from Settings → Church profile → Export all your data at any time.
