Set up cells, home fellowships and groups
Organise small groups with leaders and members, and collect meeting reports and attendance.
Create groups
Open Groups from the sidebar. Create cells, home fellowships, departments or ministries, give each a leader and add members. Groups can belong to a branch.
Give leaders access
Invite each leader under Settings → Team & access with the Cell / group leader role. They see their own groups and can submit reports — without seeing everything else.
Meeting reports
After each meeting, leaders record who attended, first-time visitors, offerings (if you collect them) and prayer points. Pastors see a summary across all groups and can spot groups that have not met or are shrinking.
Help people find a group
Show your groups on your website so newcomers can find one near them, and link to them from your follow-up messages.
