Set up your church account

When you sign up, ChurchBright creates your church with sensible defaults for your country. Take five minutes to check them.

Church profile

Go to Settings → Church profile and fill in:

• Logo — a square PNG or JPG, at least 256 × 256 pixels.
• Church name, address and contact details — these appear on your website, giving receipts and emails.
• Brand colour — used on your website, giving page, emails and member app. Text colours are adjusted automatically so they stay readable.
• Country, currency and timezone — money is shown in your currency and reminders are sent in your local time.
• Language for members — the language used on your public pages where translations are available.

Branches

If you have more than one congregation, add them under Settings → Branches. You can name the levels to match your structure (for example Headquarters, Region, Zone, Parish). Each branch can have its own address, pastor, currency and timezone.

Choose your features

Under Settings → Features you can switch off areas you do not need yet. They stay available to switch on later, and no data is lost.
