1. About these terms

These terms form an agreement between [Company legal name], a company registered in [country] with number [company number] and registered office at [address] ("we", "us"), and the church, ministry or organisation that creates an account ("you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. The service

We provide church management software, including member records, messaging, online giving tools, events, groups, media, websites and member apps (the "service"). Features may change as we improve the service. We will not remove a core feature you depend on without reasonable notice.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and all activity under your account.
• Keep passwords confidential and turn on two-factor sign-in for administrators.
• Tell us promptly at [support email] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Plans, fees and billing

• The free plan is provided free of charge within its published limits and may be changed with notice.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency shown at checkout. Yearly plans are charged at ten times the monthly price.
• SMS units, AI credits and other usage-based items are charged as shown in the app before purchase. [State whether purchased units expire and whether any refunds apply.]
• If a payment fails we may limit paid features after [number] days' notice. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into the service ("church data"). You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide and support the service for you. We process personal data within church data as your processor under our Data processing agreement. You can export your church data at any time.

6. Online giving and payments to your church

Gifts, ticket sales and other payments to your church are processed by the payment provider you connect (for example Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe or PayPal) under your own agreement with that provider. Funds are paid by the provider to your account; we do not hold or transfer your funds. You are responsible for receipts, refunds and tax obligations relating to those payments.

7. Messaging

You must only send SMS, WhatsApp, voice and email messages to people who expect to hear from your church, honour opt-out requests and follow the rules of your country and of messaging providers, including sender-ID registration where required. We may suspend messaging that appears to be spam or abusive.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malware, attempt to access other accounts or data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and to fix problems promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. Support is provided through [support channels and hours].

10. Suspension and closing your account

You may close your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or end the service for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After closure you will have [30] days to export your data, after which it will be deleted from live systems in line with our privacy policy.

11. Liability
